Health Update 11
Went down hill rapidly this afternoon as it seemed to drag on forever. I slept OK and felt not too bad in the morning. I didn't do much at work apart from filling out my appraisal (7 months late) as there is pressure to dot the i's and cross the t's as redundancy stalks the office for the SEVENTH time in 3 years. F*ckwit managers!
Sleep: 22:30 to 7:30
Eat: Breakfast- Toast, Lunch- Rolls Dinner- Sausage Rolls
Exercise: None
Comment: Feeling tired
Weight: I'll post this in the morning as I think I read somewhere you are lighter in the morning... straws at grasping (re-arrange to create a well known phrase).
