Health Update 9
Feeling OK today. I think cutting down on my food intake has helped a lot by lessening the bloated, doped up feeling I get when I eat too much. Slept well and even woke earlier than normal this morning.
Sleep: 22:30 to 7:00
Eat: Breakfast- Toast, Lunch- Baked Potato Dinner- Bacon Butties
Exercise: None
Comment: Feeling OK.
